Join us for a transformative weekend of devotional music and spiritual exploration at the Kirtan Leadership Intensive in Berlin! Led by renowned Kirtaniyas band members Vijay Krsna, Vraj Mohan, and Atul Krsna, this immersive event will take place on Saturday July 15 and Sunday July 16.

Saturday will commence with an empowering session from 9 am to 1 pm, focusing on Kirtan leading techniques and tips. Dive into the theory and practice of leading Kirtan, as you learn valuable skills to enhance your chanting and develop a deeper connection with the divine. Engage in practical exercises and receive guidance from our experienced facilitators.

In the afternoon, from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, get ready to embark on a creative journey as we explore new melodies for popular mantras and Kirtans. Unleash your musical spirit and join in a jam session where we collectively craft enchanting tunes that infuse fresh energy into timeless chants.

On Sunday, the exploration continues from 9 am to 1 pm, as we delve further into the art of Kirtan. Gain insights into hosting Kirtan sessions, discover effective ways to create a sacred atmosphere, and engage in open discussions about the significance of devotional music in our lives. Prepare to be inspired and share your thoughts with fellow participants, fostering a sense of community and spiritual growth.

In the afternoon, from 2:30 pm to 4 pm, we come together as a team to set up the evening's special Kirtan event. Experience the joy of collaboration as we prepare the space, ensuring every detail contributes to an immersive and transformative experience for all attendees.

Finally, at 4 pm, it's time for the grand finale! We will host a public Kirtan event featuring the participants of the retreat, showcasing their newfound skills and devotion. Immerse yourself in the divine vibrations of Kirtan as the chants uplift your spirit and transport you to a place of deep inner peace and connection.

At 4:30pm we will start with a Puja and Cacao ceremony.

From 5pm the KIRTANIYAS will embark us on a sacred Chant and Dance Experience accompanied by the participants of the workshop.

At 7pm a light snack/beverage will be served.

Der Samstag beginnt mit einer kraftvollen Session von 9:00 bis 13:00 Uhr, die sich auf Kirtan-Leittechniken und -Tipps konzentriert. Wir tauchen gemeinsam ein in die Theorie und Praxis der Kirtan-Anleitung, dabei erlernst Du wertvolle Fähigkeiten um Deinen Gesang zu verbessern und eine tiefere Verbindung mit dem Göttlichen zu entwickeln. Ihr nehmt  an praktischen Übungen teil und und werdet dabei unterstützt von den erfahrenen Anleitern.

Am Nachmittag von 14:30 bis 17:30 Uhr bereit gehen wir gemeinsam auf eine kreative Reise, bei der wir neue Melodien für beliebte Mantras und Kirtans erforschen. Entfesselt Euren musikalischen Geist und nehmt an einer Jam-Session teil, bei der wir gemeinsam bezaubernde Melodien kreieren, die zeitlosen Gesängen frische Energie verleihen.

Am Sonntag geht die Erkundung von 9:00 bis 13:00 Uhr weiter, während wir tiefer in die Kunst des Kirtans eintauchen. Ihr gewinnt in die Durchführung von Kirtan-Sessions, entdeckt effektive Möglichkeiten, eine heilige Atmosphäre zu schaffen, und nehmt teil an eineroffenen Diskussion über die Bedeutung hingebungsvoller Musik in unserem Leben. Lasst Euch inspirieren und teilt Eure Gedanken mit anderen Teilnehmern, um das Gemeinschaftsgefühl und spirituelles Wachstum zu fördern.

Am Nachmittag, von 14:30 bis 16:00 Uhr, kommen wir als Team zusammen, um das besondere Kirtan-Event des Abends zu organisieren. Ihr erlebt die Freude an der Zusammenarbeit, während wir den Raum vorbereiten und sicherstellen, dass jedes Detail zu einem immersiven und transformativen Erlebnis für alle Teilnehmer beiträgt.

Um 16 Uhr ist es schließlich Zeit für das große Finale! Wir werden ein öffentlichen Kirtan veranstalten, und Du wirst gemeinsam mit den anderen Teilnehmern des Retreats iDeine neu entdeckten Fähigkeitenmit Hingabe präsentieren. Tauche ein in die göttlichen Schwingungen von Kirtan, während die Gesänge Deinen Geist heben und Dich an einen Ort tiefen inneren Friedens und Verbundenheit entführen.

Um 16:30 Uhr beginnen wir mit einer Puja- und Kakaozeremonie.

Ab 17 Uhr entführen uns die KIRTANIYAS in Begleitung der Teilnehmer des Workshops in ein heiliges Gesangs- und Tanzerlebnis.

Um 19:00 Uhr wird ein leichter Snack/Getränk serviert.

Egal, ob Du ein erfahrener Kirtan-Leiter oder ein leidenschaftlicher Neuling bist, dieses Wochenende ist eine Gelegenheit, Dein Verständnis für Kirtan zu erweitern, mit Gleichgesinnten in Kontakt zu treten und Deine spirituelle Praxis zu vertiefen. Beim Kirtan Leadership Intensive heißen wir alle Instrumente willkommen und schaffen so ein vielfältiges und harmonisches Musikerlebnis. Während Harmonium- und Schlaginstrumente wie Tabla, Dholak, Mridanga und Djembe im Kirtan eine wichtige Rolle spielen, ermutigen wir die Teilnehmer, ihre eigenen Instrumente mitzubringen und zu den gemeinsamen Melodien beizutragen. Dieser integrative Ansatz fördert ein lebendiges und kollaboratives Umfeld, in dem die musikalischen Talente jedes Einzelnen zur Geltung kommen können.
